More Serious Fun

My email from Credo Mobile teaches me to look for some humor via Huffington Post:

The Huffington Post sends a great newsletter called HuffPost Hill each evening with the day’s most important political news and a heavy dose of humor.

A first pursuit of the feed brings me this:
It is the new look of water reservoirs , now in service to combat evaporation and for other benefits, at the largest reservoir in Los Angeles, CA.

Slate tells the story, too:

I like this photo at Slate:

I trust that twitter contributor Carole Illouz will be pleased with this sharing.

With this photo, see that the plan has balls several layers thick, and fun in finding stacking patterns.

Serious At Fun ( A Wedding)

An excellent photographer asked each person's advice for the couple.

Here was mine:

Pull each other always up, never down.

And with this, I change the name of my Label. Did I ever care to be funny?

Being serious again, please know this is Timberline Lodge, on Oregon's Mount Hood. An oval snow patch above-center-left obscured by the near Douglas Fir, is a 10% remnant of Palmer Glacier . Begun this year, we will never again have all-Summer skiing on Mt. Hood. Are you doing your part to take this seriously?
